New Wallpaper* and Istituto Marangoni partnership with Fila

Fila Vintage has been very busy creating something new and innovate with the help of two fashion giants. The products are very rare ans exclusive and only 500 of each garment has been made, each marked with 001/500. Exclusively produced in Italy, the waiting list on these products went through the roof. We unfortunately only had five of each item to sell. The last few are available on our website, http://www.stuartslondon.com/.

The Story behind the collection: Istituto Marangoni
Fila, the iconic Italian brand, celebrates 35 years in the world of sports: it was 1973 when FILA appeared for the first time on the tennis courts, introducing colour and famous pinstripe motif on the match outfits.
Thirty-Five years since initiating a true revolution in the world of tennis. The two Limited Edition collections.
ISTITUTO MARANGONI, Born in Milan 1935, for over 70 years has been a reference for top-class coaching in fashion and design.
Marangoni is now an international institution with subsidiaries in Milan, Paris and London and counts over 35,000 students, including the likes of Domenico Dolce, Franco Moschino and Alessandra Facchinetti.
The works of Giorgio Cinquenmani, Francesca Gatti and Elenia Marzolo have been selected from those of the best students of Istituto Marangoni. Their exceptional re-interpretations of the classical Fila style formulate a collection of garments with modern silhouettes, revealing a retro-chic soul: the idea of "colour-in-motion" and iconic interior design motifs of the 70's are at the heart of their creations.

The Story behind the collection: Wallpaper*
Fila, the iconic Italian brand, celebrates 35 years in the world of sports: it was 1973 when FILA appeared for the first time on the tennis courts, introducing colour and famous pinstripe motif on the match outfits.
Thirty-Five years since initiating a true revolution in the world of tennis. The two Limited Edition collections.
WALLPAPER*, international fashion, design and lifestyle magazine, represents a point of reference for trendsetters all over the world.
Andrew Wren, Wallpaper* bespoke art director, took inspiration from the Grand Slam final matches of the ultimate tennis icon, from the period when tennis was cool and Richie Tenenbaum-the unforgettable character interpreted by Luke Wilson in the cult movie "The Royal Tenenbaum" from Wes Anderson.
The garments incorporate the iconic Fila F-box alongside the globally recognised Wallpaper* logo. Fila are only the second brand that Wallpaper has ever partnered with.
